Touch The Body

Touch is vital. Let your body do the work for you. In this session we will bring your attention back to your sensation, where insights arise and questions resolve. You don't have to figure it all out in your mind, just come to your skin. To your body. In this session the main focus will be on touch.

In what way and how much touching, is totally dependent on you and your needs.

You can do this session dressed and (partially) undressed.
